My life’s passion is to work with and help animals. I am currently attending classes in Santa Rosa to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. I am married with one child and two furry children, living on a ranch in Redwood Valley. In my free time, I love to garden, crochet, kayak, and spend time with family and friends.

I am a California implant from Chicago and moved here a little over a year ago. Prior to my career here, I spent 15 years in the optical industry in various field management roles. My professional interests include employee training and development, coaching, and marketing. In my spare time I enjoy thrift shopping, traveling, watching documentaries, cheering on my beloved Chicago Cubs and spending time with my spoiled dog Max, and my kitten Ferris Mewler.
I joined Yokayo Veterinary Center in July 2013. My love and passion for working with animals started when I was very young. Originally from upstate New York, I attended SUNY Canton College of Technology where I earned an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Science. I also earned my Veterinary Technician’s license for New York State.
My sense of adventure led me to move to Colorado. I lived in the Rocky Mountain state for 12 years. Working as a veterinary at Louisville-Veterinary Clinic, I had a wonderful time increasing my knowledge and care of animals.
I moved to Northern California in August 2012. I lived in the coastal town of Point Arena for a year and worked at the Historic Point Arena Lighthouse as well as the Gualala Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinary Assistant. I enjoy spending time at the ocean, exploring beaches, hiking, camping, photography, and, of course, working with animals.
Hi there! I am the proud Doggy Daddy of a sweet little border collie named Lola. I am happily married (most of the time…haha!). I started and owned a donut shop in Lakeport for about a year. I love bowling and playing poker.
I grew up in Santa Barbara and I have always enjoyed animals. I have worked with everything from cats, dogs, horses, ponies, birds, iguanas, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters to cows, pigs, geese, and wounded sea birds affected by an oil spill off of the Santa Barbara coast.
I am happily married with one son, three dogs, and two cats. I have been working in Reception at Yokayo for eight years and love working with clients and their pets.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family and my fur babies. My husband and I love to take our dogs on long walks by the creek or to the river. I also enjoy taking my dogs to Montgomery Woods for hikes, as well as to the ocean for swim and play.
I love taking photographs outside, reading, or just relaxing at home by the fire.
Hey there! I’ve been working at Yokayo since February 2015. I work both as a Veterinary Assistant and as a Receptionist. I love my job. Animals are my passion. I am currently going to school to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. I love to spend my free time cuddling with my dogs. I enjoy doing just about anything outdoors. Camping is my favorite. I am also a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan!
I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies!
