Dr. Chin is from Melbourne, Australia. She received her BSc in Marine Biology before pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. After practicing in Australia, Dr. Chin spent 4 years on the Big Island of Hawaii before relocating to northern California in 2020. Dr. Chin is also a certified veterinary medical acupuncturist and is excited to be able to offer alternative therapy options. Her special interests include: surgery, aquatic medicine and acupuncture. 

Dr. Chin’s family includes her husband and a crazy energetic Australian Koolie named Bindi. In her free time she enjoys canine agility and hiking. She is also a passionate SCUBA and freediver.
